Childbirth preparation is about learning, practicing, and being inspired. Most free classes offered by hospitals and doctors offices leave women feeling at best overwhelmed, but more often plain discouraged. And most dads leave class wondering exactly what they’re supposed to do to help when the time comes. Childbirth is an exciting time and you deserve to be prepared for your birth experience by someone who believes in the miracle of what you and your baby can accomplish together. Prenatal and Childbirth Classes |

· Private classes can be arranged in the comfort of your own home and can be organized to meet your schedule. A minimum of three weeks’ notice is required for booking. Classes are $250 per couple for the 12 hour course, or $325 per couple for the 20-hour course. · Group Classes can be arranged for groups of 3 or more couples. The cost per couple is $165 for our Basic 12 hour childbirth preparation class.

· Basic 12 hour childbirth preparation - includes the progression of labour, comfort and relaxation techniques for all stages of labour, pharmacological pain relief options, birth plans, postpartum adjustment, and breastfeeding. · Advanced 20 hour childbirth preparation - in addition to the basic childbirth preparation, you will receive focused partner coaching for support during labour, an introduction to the psychology and physiology of labour progress, pain theory, and significantly more coaching with relaxation techniques. |
