There are hundreds of different childbirth education and preparation classes available. Everyone’s needs are different, so we invite you to explore your options. Search the internet for educators in your area who are certified by one of these organizations.

Whatever you do, do not be afraid of information. The more you learn about birth and your body’s ability to do the job, the more you will believe in yourself, and that touches every area of your life.
